Refund policy

30-day free returns

If you are not happy with your case, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, free of charge.

Conditions

The case must be unused and in its original condition. Write to contact@biomecases.com with your order number to start a return and we will send you the instructions.

Damaged or wrong item

If your case arrives damaged, defective or in the wrong model, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

Picked the wrong model? Contact us and we will exchange it for the right one.
